Shipping Locations

Ezentials ships all Canadian orders directly from our Wellness Escape and Eco-Luxury Spa located in Sudbury, Ontario. We are a locally owned business and have been in operation since 2002.

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

 


 

Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days often ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST usually ship the next business day.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or Canadian holidays.

 


 

Shipping Carrier and Delivery Estimates

We ship exclusively with Purolator Canada for fast and reliable Canadian shipping.

You'll receive a Purolator tracking number by email as soon as your order is processed.

Shipping times provided by Purolator are estimates only. We recommend placing orders early to avoid potential delays, especially during busy seasons.

 


 

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping within Canada (before tax) - some exclusions apply 

  • Orders over $100 – Ontario & Québec (Average delivery 1 to 2 business days)

  • Orders over $125 – Manitoba & Saskatchewan (Average delivery 2 to 3 business days)

  • Orders over $150 – All other provinces (Average delivery 4 - 7 business days)

Free Shipping Exclusions

  • Deliveries to beyond destination addresses. Remote areas and Nunavut, NWT, and Yukon may incur additional fees. We’ll reach out to confirm before shipping.

  • Oversized and very heavy items may incur extra shipping charges. If so, we’ll contact you before shipping

When a Signature is Required

  • For purchases under $500, no signature is needed unless you ask us to require one. Your parcel will be left at your doorstep or local depot.

  • For purchases over $500, a signature will be required. Please make sure someone is available to accept, inspect and sign for your delivery.

Purolator Canada Courier Service Options

At checkout, you'll be offered a variety of Purolator Express and Ground services. Available shipping options may include:

  • Purolator Express, Express 10:30AM, Express 12PM, and Express Evening

  • Purolator Ground, Ground 9AM, Ground 1030AM, and Ground Evening

Please note, available services and delivery times will depend on your shipping address.

Orders below the free shipping minimum will incur a shipping fee based on size, weight, destination and delivery method chosen.

 


 

Important Information

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with substitution options. Note: to qualify for free shipping from Sudbury, Ontario your updated order must still meet the minimum purchase requirements.

Order Changes or Cancellations

We work quickly! Submit any order changes or cancellations as soon as possible.

If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to assist.

Once the courier picks up your package, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, and our Return Policy will apply.

 


 

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Whenever possible, we use recycled boxes and bags to reduce environmental impact.

 


 

Order Delivery

  • Purolator Canada delivers Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). 

  • Orders under $500 do not require a signature upon delivery unless requested. Parcels will be left at your doorstep or local depot.

  • Orders $500 or more will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.

Undelivered Parcel Information

  • Parcels returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed at the depot will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. If you would like the order re-shipped, a new shipping fee must be paid before we can send it out again.

Inspect Prior to Signing

  • Before signing for your package, please check that you’ve received the correct number of parcels and inspect them for any visible damage.
    When signing, it’s very important to note any issues directly on the packing slip. Your signature confirms that you’ve accepted the shipment 'as is,' so if you sign without mentioning any problems, you are accepting the package in its current condition.

  • If you notice missing packages or any signs of damage, please document this before signing. Unfortunately, if damages or shortages aren't recorded at the time of delivery, the shipping company will not process insurance claims, and we won’t be able to apply our return policy. Notify us immediately by emailing makeyourday@ezentials.ca. Include your full name, order number and pictures of the damage.

Missing Parcel(s)

If a shipment is reported lost or stolen, we’ll open a Trace investigation with Purolator Canada. A resolution will be offered if the investigation confirms there was a delivery error. Carrier investigations typically take 7–14 business days, and we kindly ask for your patience during this process. Resolutions may include, re-shipping or refunding an item.

If Purolator confirms delivery, ownership of the package transfers to the customer. Ezentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery is confirmed. No replacements or refunds will be issued.

If you prefer a signature on delivery for added security, please request it at checkout.

 


 

Disclaimer

Ezentials reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or not ship any order at our sole discretion, for any reason, without prior notice. In such cases, customers will be refunded in full for any charges already paid.

This policy is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Ontario, Canada.
