What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How long does shipping take?  

Ezentials ships all Canadian orders directly from our Wellness Escape and Eco-Luxury Spa located in Sudbury, Ontario. We are a locally owned business and have been in operation since 2002.

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We ship exclusively with Purolator Canada for fast and reliable shipping.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days often ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST usually ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Canadian holidays.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, intact seals/labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), any product that has been opened or used, and any product that has a short shelf life or requires temperature-controlled shipping (e.g., some skin care products during summer months), and gift cards/certificates. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and clear-out items or gift cards.

Each of these factors contributes to the overall dryness or oiliness of your complexion. While your skin type cannot be changed, it can be easily managed with proper skin care.

Yes, our formulas are carefully developed to suit all skin types, including sensitive and dry skin. Each product page lists ingredients and usage tips to help you find your perfect match.
